MFS Clients are looking to hire Virtual Assistants that have an assortment of experience. This includes navigating common software like Microsofts Word, Excel, and Powerpoint.

Our Clients value educations. If you have a 4 year degree in an applicable field it will definitely give you an edge during the interview process.

As an MFS Operations Virtual Assistant you will be tasked with performing more essential transportation tasks. Tasks include quoting customer requests, scheduling pickups, tracking shipments during transit, locating trucks, among other tasks. It is imperative that these tasks are performed correctly from day one and requires extra days of training which is why the starting compensation for Operations VA’s is marginally higher than other positions.

Primary system requirements must be met before a VA can be invited to training. Secondary system requirements must be met within 1 month of working for the assigned client. Requirements are as follows:

Face to face communication is extremely important for the interview process as well as future interactions with your assigned client. 

How long is the application process?

Applications can take up to 10 working days to review, selection depends on qualifications and how soon you comply with any additional instructions/requirements.

Full-Time Positions

We only present job opportunities to VA’s that are described as long term positions. That said, we are only placing VAs with full-time Clients. No part-time roles are available at this time.

Training

You must complete our self-study and advanced training program before being placed with a client. You will be paid a training bonus upon successfully passing training.

Voice Position 

Please assume that all positions that are offered by MFS are voice positions that require you to speak to customers and vendors throughout the workday.
